Is StreamEast down for the match or is it just blocked by my ISP?

EDIT: Switched over to https://cine.su to catch the broadcast and the stream is crystal clear

My StreamEast link keeps cutting out right before the game starts, and I think my internet provider might be actively throttling or blocking the domain. I need a solid backup site immediately so I don't miss kickoff.
