KiwiSleepy - App to help parents get babies to sleep
Hi everyone!
I want to share my app with parents who are having trouble getting their babies to sleep.
We have a baby ❤️ who is now two and a half years old, and after going through a lot of trouble with sleep problems, I decided to make an app with what worked for us, since I'm a developer.
Above all, I advise families to create a sleep routine and stick to it 100%. In our case, he adapted well and knew it was time to sleep (a sleep consultant we hired recommended it).

I hope it helps other families, and if you like it, please recommend it! 😄
Here's the app description 🚀
🕒 1. Create Sleep Routines that Work Consistency is key. Our routines section helps you:
• Establish clear habits (bath, massage, story) to regulate your baby’s biological clock.
• Set reminders and notifications so you never miss a step.
• Provide your little one with the security and calm they need before closing their eyes.
• Use your Smartwatch to receive notifications.
🎶 2. Soothing Sounds for Deep Sleep Choose from a wide library of relaxing sounds scientifically proven to calm crying and induce sleep:
• White & Pink Noise: Classics that mimic the womb environment.
• Nature Sounds: Rain, ocean waves, forest, and gentle breezes.
•Lullabies: Sweet melodies on piano and music box.
• Record Mom!: Record your own voice or a personalized "shhh" so your baby feels comforted even when you're not in the room.
• Fade Function: The sound gradually decreases to avoid waking the baby when the timer ends.
• Use your Smartwatch to play/pause or raise/lower the volume
🔴 3. Red Light: Protect their Melatonin Did you know that white or blue light can disrupt your baby’s sleep?
• Our Red Night Light allows you to see in the dark for diaper changes or feeding without interrupting melatonin production.
• Create a warm, cozy environment that invites total relaxation.
📊 4. Sleep Log & Smart Tracking Keep a detailed diary to better understand your child’s patterns:
• Log naps and night sleep with a single tap.
• Note your baby’s mood upon waking, feedings, and where they slept (crib, arms, stroller).
• WHO Guidelines: Compare your baby’s rest with World Health Organization recommendations to ensure they are growing healthy and strong.
