I don't know what to do anymore lol

So for context: I failed a class which was a prerequisite for all the other advanced classes so my graduation is now set back a year.

I don't know how to tell my parents. I'm just wallowing in self loathing because of my own stupidity. I hear people talking about those finishing college later than their supposed graduation in a negative light on how embarrassing that is. Seeing people who started the same year as me walking getting their diploma on time makes me jealous honestly as well as regretful of myself.

Do you guys have any advice to help on how i could approach this new chapter of being a failure? ༎ຶ⁠‿⁠༎ຶ
