Do people like Cassidy as a character?

I am someone who would prefer if Cassidy did not exist at all. I like the theory that Cassidy is actually the bite victim. It puts a name to a nameless character and it makes sense. I didn’t really love that this character who is so important, maybe even the most important character existed, just for them to be pretty much nothing. Like what do we know about then there name (this is excluding books. But we do know about bite victim, it’s an actual character. We just don’t know the name. One thing I hate is this means that someone else has be TOYSHNK, Michael presumably. Meaning that someone LIKE Cassidy must exist. So I don’t like Cassidy existing, but I understand why they must exist. I wanna know if people genuinely like this character or if they just also know that they have to.
