30M NRI Earning Rs. 60K. What are possibilities for AM?

I have never had a girlfriend as well as I am V.
Recently my parent started looking for an AM. The response is so far very vague and I can see reluctancy.

The only positive thing about me is that I am settled in Europe and my father in a govt job.

If I were in India, my salary would have 35K.

I keep my options open. She can be a divorcee, old, has kids, any caste or religion beside that she should be below 38.

Anyone with experience in the AM, what are my realistic chances here? Genuinely curious.

Planning to head back to India soon for vacations to get into arrange marriages.

I will really appreciate some insight into my case.
