What probe thermometer do you use?

I’ve seen a bunch of ads for the inkbird on TikTok. After researching it never lands in the top 10 on any ranking anywhere. I always see Meater is that just the best one? I was wondering if anyone used something like the Chef IQ sense or anything else.
