If Humans had the same level of smell as dogs, how would the world change?

I saw this thing about dogs being able to potentially smell people who have cancer. They can also smell drugs and lots of other things humans can't either. Would intimacy change? Would dating be different? Surely cheating would disappear. Just a fun thought process.
