[FOR SALE] Established travel guide for a popular Eurasian capital — paid app (iOS + Android) + website, 12 languages, national award winner

Hey all. Testing the waters before listing properly. Built and ran this solo for ~2 years, and I'm at the point where it needs a team/budget I can't give it right now, so I'd rather it go to someone who can push it.

What it is: a city travel guide for a fast-growing tourist capital. Native mobile app on both stores plus a content website. Covers attractions, restaurants, tours, interactive map, etc. Fully localized in 12 languages.

The honest numbers:

  • The iOS app is a paid app ($10) and still gets sales with zero advertising — every single sale is pure organic. Never spent a cent on ads. Android version is free.
  • ~2 year old domain, Google trusts it. Organic traffic is real and growing — ~680 clicks / ~50k impressions in the last 28 days, ~508k impressions over 16 months (Search Console).
  • ~690 pages indexed, 22 long-form articles each translated into 12 languages.
  • Won a national internet award in the country this year.
  • Affiliate monetization is wired in (tours, hotels, eSIM, car rental) with real bookings coming through, just not optimized yet.
  • Aged Instagram presence with decent reach (50k+ Reels views last month).

The honest weak side: revenue is still small because I never monetized seriously — the app is priced at $10 with no marketing push, and affiliates are barely tuned. Bounce rate is high and there's some technical SEO cleanup to do (over-generated URLs). I'm pricing for the asset and the position, not for current earnings. For the right buyer this is a "buy instead of spending a year building it" play — the award, the aged trusted domain, the multilingual content, and a paid app that sells organically would cost far more to recreate from scratch.

Stack: React Native, Mapbox, Next.js.

Looking for around $12k but open to reasonable offers. Happy to share full metrics, Search Console screenshots, and store links privately via DM to serious people. Not dropping the name publicly here for now.

If this isn't the right sub, point me to a better one.
