Yeardrop in engineering

So i got a YD in my mechanical engineering, at that time i had no anxiety nothing, i went behind my batchmates, my seniors graduated, i gave my backlog exams in December/Jan and cleared my FY subjects but again got a back in my 3 SY subjects i cleared 1/3 in June this year and so i can now go in third year ok fine at that time i was not thinking about i will go in third year, make new friends, getting adjusted again that projects and file submission drama but now that admission is near i have started to think about all kf these things i mentioned so that is making me restless, sleepless seeing all my friends going ahead now doing internships i am getting depressed and all and i am thinking about dropping out now!

So i just wanna know what i should do in this situation i am feeling depressed and not wanting to study about my SY subjects i was excited about admissions at first but not now.

And also is there anyone now here who faced a exact same situation like me?
