Is it hard to find a place for one year to rent in Seoul?

I want to sign a normal rental contract through 월세 system. My budget is 1350000 won monthly (관리비 included) and 10 mln won deposit. Location is Sinchon station. I prefer officetels but I can go with regular one room or villa if it’s in good condition and spacious enough. Will it take me a lot of time to find something decent? Right now I’m just looking through dabang app since I’m going to Korea in a few months and I see a lot of nice places but no one says for how long they are renting out for. Should I lower my expectations and assume most of them will require at least 2 year contract?
