Will my PIP be reviewed?

I was awarded PIP from November 2024 to May 2027. On my original award letter, it says nothing about them contacting me again to review me.

I am concerned I havnt gotten a PIP review form yet, as I've heard they should send it a year before your award end date if you're going to get one at all.

Is ir possible they won't send me one and the PIP will just end, since they didn't mention any review on my original letter?

My conditions have stayed the same in terms of functionality, I still needed carers for the same reasons and always will considering my conditions are life long (even though I feel way worse these days).

I'm in England.
