Weird black square visual artifact bug

Recently I've experienced this visual artifacts, it happens occasionally and it kinda floats and changes shapes (boxy shape) if i shake my camera wildly it would most of the time disappears but it'll show up again from time to time, i suspect this might come from a corrupted shaders and stuff. do you guys know how to fix this?.
