Dual channel RAM not working

Today i accidentally bumped my PC pretty hard. This caused it to turn off immediately. After that whenever i try to turn it on the CPU light comes on and it doesn’t start. But when i removed 1 stick of RAM it works fine but dual channel use causes the CPU light. Did i just ruin my CPU?
