Business Owners & Heads of Sales: How do you currently evaluate your sales managers performance?

Uzbekistan has lots of SMEs and big companies with sales department, some of them have Customer Relationship Management platforms installed like amoCRM and Bitrix. I have several questions for you:

1. What is the domain of your activity (educational centers, pharmacies, logistics, etc)?
2. How many sales managers do you have?
3. Do you have CRM in your sales department currently? If not, how do sales manager operate - do they call via phone, or chat in messengers with leads?
4. In what volumes do sales manager operate - how many hours do they speak?
5. What problems do you face in sales department?
