Recover old IG account

Hi guys !
i have an old instagram account since i was a kid , and i have some pictures of mine at that age ( really want to delete them ) , i lost that account phone number on 2017 with the phone , since then i didnt recover it ,

im looking for a way to ask them to recover the account or disable it at least , i didnt find any contact us to talk with human agents , and the meta chatbot seems useless and have nothing for me ,
any hope or should i forget about it ?
