I've spent months trying to figure out if I need MARPE/FME expansion or just segmental during MMA surgery. Can anyone here help me measure my nasal cavity on a CT and a CBCT scan?

I've had a CT scan and a CBCT scan. I'm getting MMA surgery too. I need about 5mm of transversal expansion.

I've measured my nasal cavity multiple times - pyriform aperture width, nasal floor width, choanal width etc

What other measurements should I take?
