How to pin game groups above store promotions?

I just bought an XSX to play old games with backcompat like burnout revenge, tekken 6, etc.

Now I made all my groups but they are only shown below some weird ad for simulation game discounts that I'm not interested in. I've only found an option to change the order of the groups themselves, but is there a way to put those groups at the very top of the home page so it's the first thing my cursor lands on when I start the console?
