What to do with preggo shrimp

Hi everyone,

Two of my blue diamond shrimp are pregnant. What's the best way to handle it? I've had one pregnant before, but I didn't realise she was pregnant and the babies just appeared one day and have survived thanks to plenty of plants and fish that don't seem interested.

I've seen on here pregnant shrimps in isolation boxes within the tank. Is that necessary or just best practice?

Any other advice greatly appreciated.
