help dont

idk what to do i test + in otc(over the counter) test almost 2 weeks na akong delayed took 3 test (1 negative(5 days after delayed period)2 positive for this morning and afternoon)i am looking for advice about the pill if pwede naba sya agad kasi sa mga nababasa you need to wait atleast 5-7 weeks help
me this is a heavy toll to my mental health since i am college student pa and struggling with my grades i am on the verge of giving it all up
