Thinking of letting go of my unit

I purchased my very first condo during pandemic without having any idea on what myself got into. Hindi ako nag site visit sa property nor search for any hidden/unexpected charges.

Fast forward to today, yung condo ko ay na turnover na and since it got turn over to me, hindi ko pa siya tinitirhan because nalalayuan ako at Hindi ko feel yung vibe na nakatira pa din ako sa “probinsya”. Fault ko din ito dahil dami kong hindi inaral before having a property, basta may money at hand ako nun, go lang.

Ngayon ay back and forth ako sa decision ko na i let ko ko na to and assume the loss but at the same time sayang yung nailabas kong pera. Hindi ko nga alam kung outright di ko na lang bayaran yung loan or need ko i contact yung bank na hindi ko na ituloy yung pagbayad.
