CS2 1% lows are killing the game for me. Any suggestions?

After weeks of research to no avail, I'm slowly starting to give up on the 1% low situation of CS2.

I have a gaming laptop with Ultra 9 285h, 5070ti and 32 Gb of ram.

Things I've tried:

• Full factory reset
• Process Lasso to disable Core 0 and E cores
• FPS cap using Riva Tuner which helped according to this reddit post

Also, other youtube videos. I just can't seem to fix this. The average fps is around 200 - 250 depending on the map, but the 1% lows are like 50 -120 fps. CONSTANTLY.

If anyone has any idea what so ever to fix this, do help a brother out.
