SBU vs MCU

I failed YL1 from my previous school and planning to transfer to either SBU or MCU (or baka may masuggest po kayo). I already read lots of post here in reddit but I still can’t decide where should I go. SBU is nearer from my residence but according to what I read here, mataas ang attrition rate. As for MCU, cons ay maghahanap ako ng dorm pa near the school pero mas magaan daw dito.

I’m leaning more to SBU because I like the challenge and parang kakayanin ko if I put the effort, and mas rewarding sa feeling kapag kinaya ko yung “mas mahirap” pero natatakot ako na baka naooverestimate ko nanaman sarili ko and mag fail ulet huhu. I want to hear your thoughts po.
