How to stop Kurki on land in divorce case

There has been a long standing divorce case between my parents and my mother charged for maintenance from my father. My father was paying the maintenance amount, however, due to some financial struggles, he paid half of asked amount per month. However, this was unacceptable to my mother and somehow she filed a complaint which led to a Kurki notice on my father's agricultural land. That's the only land we have and with it gone, we would be financially crippled. I stay with my dad and now only a month is left for the kurki to happen.

How can we put a stop to this? Is there any way this kurki could be removed?
