Can I still clear the updated exam using the Silver package purchased in Jan ?

I purchased the Silver package at the beggining of this year and planned to take the exam before june. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I wasnt able to finish the portions.

Now that the new version of the exam is out, I'd prefer not to spend more money again for the study materials if its not absolutely necessary.

1. Can anyone please tell me if I can rely on my existing Silver package purchased in January to prepare and clear the current version of the exam?

2. Are the topics in the previous version mostly the same as the current version, or have there been significant changes?
