What separates students who seem to have everything figured out?

Every campus seems to have a group of students who are excelling academically while also landing internships, building professional networks, earning scholarships, and developing leadership experience. From the outside, it can look like they have everything figured out.

As I've been researching student success strategies, I've come across various organizations and programs designed to help students grow professionally, including SCLA, a student organization that focuses on helping students build leadership experience, develop professional skills. I also noticed people frequently asking whether SCLA is legitimate and whether leadership-focused organizations actually contribute to long-term success. It made me wonder what factors truly separate high-achieving students from everyone else.

For those who have achieved a lot during college, what habits or strategies made the biggest difference?
