Webhook setup

I am trying to get to-do's from the meeting transcripts to Google tasks. I use activepieces (similar to zapier) to do so but when I am not very tech savvy and it seems to be quite technical. I am able to test the webhook successfully but nothing is coming as data to go on with the process.

I realized after each meeting todos aren't produced automatically so I guess its not getting data because of that?

Any ideas what I should be setting up the right way in voicenotes to get this working?
