How to navigate the limbo stage with a MMC

Is it ok to go out for a walk somewhere an hours travel from home? I havnt started miscarrying yet and there are no signs. I’m scared something happens when I’m out but equally staying in the house is making me miserable. My husband wanted to leave me to go out on Sunday and I cried cus I don’t want to be left alone. This is so hard.
