Do short daily study sessions actually work better than longer ones?
When I first started learning a language, I thought studying for an hour or two a few times a week would be enough. The problem was that I'd often skip a day, then another, and eventually lose momentum altogether.
Lately I've been wondering if spending just 10–15 minutes every day is actually a better approach, even if it feels like less progress in the moment.
For those who've managed to stay consistent for months or even years, did shorter daily sessions help you more, or did you find that longer study sessions were worth the extra time?
