Which to buy: Secret Promise vs Heartfelt Vow

Im a lowish spender and can afford either but at the same time, I dont want to drop money unnecessarily.

This time round, Im having trouble deciding between secret and heartfelt vow.

I'm only interested in one card, but I am tempted by the accessory recolours, especially the black and purple headwear. Its not a decider, but having the extra blue tickets could be helpful this month too. Any advice? What are you buying (if any)?
