Bluetooth acting like a situationship

I have tried all possible fixes recommend by YouTube, Reddit, AI and Advice from real life tech support, this includes updating drivers, restarting Bluetooth from services.msc, updating windows, running commands on cmd, etc. it has 50% chance of appearing when I restart my computer and when I do have it if don’t use it within a range of 30mins to and hour it disappears and doesn’t come back if I don’t restart it, it doesn’t show itself in device manger it’s hidden, this started when I update one my intel drivers I didn’t know which but it the one the keeps on notifying you, hopefully I don’t to reboot my computer to resolve this issue.
