Help, my GPU is not working

I tried playing Roblox yesterday and the game was stuttering badly—which isn't normal, considering I have a Ryzen 5 5600XT + RX 7600 and 16GB of RAM. I updated my graphics drivers and the problem was fixed, but today the same thing was happening. I used DDU and installed fresh drivers, but that didn't solve the issue; then I checked Device Manager and a "Code 43" error is showing up in the GPU's properties. Can anyone help me?
