One Month to Improve My Spoken English for a US Call Center – Best Resources?

Resource Request

Hi everyone,

I have one full month where I can dedicate almost every hour to improving my English, and I want to make the most of it.

My current level is around B2. My strengths are:

  • Good accent
  • Good vocabulary
  • Fluent conversations
  • Strong listening skills
  • I can talk with native speakers without much difficulty

However, a few issues are holding me back, especially because I'm preparing for a US call center position.

These are my biggest problems:

  • Grammar mistakes while speaking
  • Weak sentence structure
  • Over-explaining instead of being concise
  • Almost no natural pauses
  • Heavy articulation (I sound too careful/unnatural)
  • Missing prepositions
  • Thinking word by word instead of in chunks

My goals are:

  • Speak clearly, naturally, confidently, and accurately under pressure.
  • Build simple, correct sentences quickly.
  • Improve my grammar while speaking in real time.
  • Learn to speak in natural chunks instead of translating from my native language.
  • Pronounce the sounds that native speakers actually pronounce.

If you had one month to focus only on speaking, what would your daily routine look like?

Basically, I'm looking for the highest ROI resources to sound natural and job-ready within one month.

Thanks!
