Can I take Modafinil with Seroquel (Quetiapine)?

Today was my first time trying modafinil for ADHD. I normally take Adderall and 50mg Seroquel at night for sleep. I didn’t take any Adderall today and assumed it’d be fine to take my regular Seroquel dose, but I’m seeing mixed answers online. Does anyone know if this combination is safe?
