Is the twitch drop bugged?

Yesterday a twitch drop which is a spray for mongraal and I wasn't able to get it as I was out.

I checked on twitch today to see if I can get it and it seems to not be working.

So I tried it with other livestreams and they are not working

So my guess is that i have to specifically watch mongraal
