I don't like romance - should I read VNC?

Yeah like the title says, I generally don't like romance especially if it's sexual.

I do love a good bromance and I'm also a big fan of BSD, black butler and pandora hearts which makes me wanna get into VNC but I've heard that there's quite a lot of romance? (If it makes a difference, I plan to read the manga rather than watch the anime)
