Sending more cold DMs won't fix your reply rate. Your targeting will.

"I sent 100 DMs and got 2 replies" isn't a volume problem. It's a targeting problem.

Most people blast everyone. The 2 who replied were the only 2 who actually fit.

Flip it: take the hour you'd burn on 100 randoms and find 15 people already showing they need what you sell — posting about the problem, hiring, scaling, venting about it. Message those 15.

Fewer messages. Far more replies. Outreach isn't a numbers game, it's a fit game.
