Limited loot pool

I've been getting a very limited loot pool.

The armor ive been getting is 90% luminopotent.

Ive also been getting the same weapons dispite not being attuned to anything.

Now i can tie that to the activites ive been doing. Mostly quests and campaigns. But ive been getting the same exotics over and over again.

Now im starting to get annoyed.

Is this a glitch? Or a known issue?

Seriously, ive been back for nearly 2 weeks and ive gotten the same stuff over and over again.
