Bumped a parked car

Bumped into a parked car last night. Hit their bumper minimally. But after 30-40mins of waiting,guards cannot locate the driver. No intention of doing hit and run. Left contact details with guards then they tried calling me but i was in area thats out of coverage.

Talked to the owner today and told him my insurance will handle it. Now owner is getting mad allegedly because i wasnt able to answer calls. Already apologized and informed them ill give my insurance details. I also asked for his insurance but he was adamant on not giving kase bakit daw ung insurance nya will be used (??)

Now this guy is claiming of lost days and what not. Saying na minamaliit ko sila because they are poor. They further claimed na they want me to sign documents with regards to claims which i said ill consult my insurance and lawyers pa. Now i am sus since they wanted to do this ASAP eh im not doing hit and run naman.

All for accountability but driver seems too sus to the point of mentioning loss days from a repair that’ll take 1-2days
