350K Editing PC Build

Aoa guys,

Help your boy here a little bit. I have a budget of 350K, I can stretch it with 10K-15K more if necessary. I want to build a PC solely for Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and illustrator. I do not play games at all. I do not care about looks and aesthetics too. I just need a PC worth every single rupee. The best performance i can get in this budget. Please suggest some configurations it'll be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
