British women in their 20s and 30s: would you date a 41-year-old man?

I’m a 41M and I’m curious about how age differences are generally viewed when it comes to dating.

For women in their 20s and 30s, would you consider dating a man of my age or it’s a dealbreaker?

If yes, what would make you interested? If not, what would put you off? Is it mainly about age, or do things like personality, fitness, lifestyle, emotional maturity, career, and shared values matter more?
