Is it worth to get it with a 144hz pc monitor?

Hi, I'm thinking to buy a ps5 pro in order to play gta 6 since is not coming to pc anytime soon. I've got a 144hz Samsung Monitor Gaming Odyssey G5

(can set it to 120hz) is it compatible with it at that resolution or is a TV required to use it properly.
