probably hot take: I’m genuinely very hyped about the season

Maybe it’s because I didn’t play the season where the “new content” was already available, so a big advantage is that it’s actual new content to me.

But most importantly, I really dislike endgame content being locked behind copy pasting builds from online. Getting inspired and doing my own version was a much better experience comparing seasons as targeting better items felt necessary making the grind more fun. I also play mostly solo as of recently & can’t wait to try the new solo mode.

But most importantly, the new mythic feature seems to suit this perfectly as well. I totally understand the criticism that it’s much more RNG and less target grind. But it feels like for anyone that doesn’t care about pushing top 10 tower ranks, it feels better than current season where you had to target a handful of builds just to clear Mephisto t12
