Suggestions in the stalker/creep (potentially a serial killer)genre?

I just finished The Poughkeepsie Tapes and I'm looking for more like this, ideally FF movies that involve a lot of prior stalking/shadowing/peeping from the stalker's perspective.

Any suggestions are welcome.
