83rd btwn Columbus-CPW

I’m considering an apartment in a building on W 83rd St between CPW and Columbus. There appears to be a lot of construction on block due to water main replacement project. Seems to be a long-term project through 2027. Does anyone who lives on or near the block know how the noise levels are? Wondering if a street-facing unit is not ideal until the work is complete, or if the work is mostly taking place underground.
