UPV vs NU ( what should I choose?)

Hello! I just received an email about my reconsideration application to UPV, and I passed. They offered me a slot in BSM. The thing is, I’m already enrolled in NU MOA for BSN, although I can still withdraw my enrollment.
I need your opinion on which course I should take. I’m a STEM graduate, and I think I’ll be able to adapt to either program. We’re not that financially well-off, and I’m still waiting for the scholarship results from NU MOA, but I haven’t received any updates yet. I don’t want to burden my parents with the tuition fees.
