Where is the foreignerd working/staying at in kolpotiya area?

Im assuming most people are Chinese.

They shop at the kolpitiya market(maybe it's cheap?), there seems to be alot of them.

Are they working for port city construction?

Some of them seem to really resource efficient as well, I seen them carpool together on the way to kolpitiya today(fully formally dressed).

I can't imagine renting a place in kolpitiya area cause its sure gonna be really expensive.

Unless there is Chinese companies setup maybe? That provide accommodation as well.

I wonder if there's a other culture community and events outsiders can attend.
