Dolphin.exe opens in the top right corner of the screen then freezes the rest of my screen?

Don't really know how to explain it, as of today whenever I open Dolphin, it exclusively opens in the top right of the screen and completely freezes the task bar, file manager, basically everything that ISN'T Dolphin.

My second screen works completely fine, taskbar works, programmes work, in fact I'm typing this post on it right now, but as soon as Dolphin is open, the screen that Dolphin is on becomes entirely unusable except for the Dolphin programme.

This would be manageable if it didn't cause problems whilst playing, because now an alt-tab can just completely brick my game and make me unable to use any inputs. Help would be greatly appreciated
