How likely is it that I'll get dementia?

I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type. I have seen online that people with this illness are more susceptible to get dementia and I'm terrified. I take my medication religiously although I still get paranoia, minor manic episodes and less severe depressive episodes at times. Am I doomed to get dementia? Someone please tell me I am so anxious about this.
