People saying calling this scene SA is "moralising" are missing the point

I'm not saying it's essentially SA to make morals (although I am concerned with how many of you consider it's okay because they were dating prior, but THATS NOT A DISCUSSION I WANNA HAVE TODAY). I'm saying it's essentially SA because to me, that's the intended reading of the scene. It's supposed to make you uncomfortable, it's supposed to make you find Sua creepy. At that point, Mizi is unconscious (in a way that evoques being drugged), tied up and sexualised despite it (the boobs shot, but also this kiss is much more sensual than the other mizisua kisses we've seen). All that when their last interaction as a couple was a pretty big fight - I'm not sure why so many ppl seem convinced Mizi would happily kiss Sua if she was conscious here.

Sua is made to look creepy in that scene. Imo, Sua is even designed here to look like a kidnapper (which ties back to Mizi being tied up). And of course, it's all linked back to how Mizi was drifting away from her before, and how now she's a zombie ; it's not like Sua doesn't love Mizi. But the way this situation is presented clearly isn't meant to be romantic ; it's desperation that disregards how Mizi could feel about this.

And the thing is yes in this situation Sua's doing all that because she wants to become a zombie to perform with Mizi - but it's not the only barely consensual mizisua kiss we get.

During their kiss as kids, Mizi is unresponsive. Clearly she's going through something, possibly dissociating, and it's really not a good time to be kissing her. The fact that it's associated with the previous, very creepy kiss also reinforces that impression that Mizi doesn't really want to kiss Sua in that moment. One could also analyse how Sua takes off Mizi's glasses in that moment, blinding her just like how the idol industry and then zombie stage did.

Then, with their kiss on the stage, Mizi is again just letting Sua lead and barely reacting to her actions. It's probably because the infection is frying her brain, but it does feel a lot like she's in a constant drugged state, even if it's not equivalent. Basically what matters here is that again, Mizi is completely unresponsive, just like she was the entire round.

Mizi also doesn't reciprocate the hand holding at all. To me, this scene isn't really a "aw, such sad doomed yuri moment" but more of a "oh Sua's playing house with Mizi's half dead body". I'd say the interpretation of it is much more subjective than the scene of the kiss that infected Sua though ; it's just my personal impression influenced by these other scenes that happen very closely.

I'm also adding the ending scene because it's one of the scenes that make it the most clear that Mizi is not quite there. She's basically just letting it all happen, she doesn't react at all when Sua gets dragged away. I don't have much to say about it other than it's another proof Mizi was unresponsive during the round, and also it's kinda a callback to Mizi letting Sua sacrifice herself in Alien Stage.

I just don't understand why so many people seem to outright refuse to view Sua's actions as creepy even tho it's clearly how they're portrayed, and imo it's the most interesting part of their dynamic in the AU, especially if we wanna start theorising on how Sua feels about them being participants of Zombie Stage. I do have a preference for their original dynamic (for personal reason), but their toxicity in Zombie Stage is basically what interests me the most about the AU currently. And even when I yapped very extensively here, there are a lot more things I could try to analyse about their relationship here. Basically I think it's kinda lame to try and tone down Sua's wrongs when they're pretty important to their dynamic.

TL;DR: I'm not saying the scene was SA because of morals, I'm saying it was SA because I firmly believe that's what Vivimeng was trying to show us, and that's a very important part of zomst! mizisua's dynamic. To me, romanticising that scene misses the point they were trying to make.
