GitHub integration actively broken

Hey People. I work for a large team that develops some apps on Replit. Some of the team prefer to use Github and local environment while part of the team uses Replit. The using Github facing all kinds of issues like UNKNOWN_NOT_GIT and similar. This defeats the purpose of Replit itself and we are thinking of setting up everyone with Claude Code directly. Can't you do anything to remidate those issues? Do you have a team that can actually test the GitHub integration and simulate real working integration? It's impossible to connect to Github and resync the repo.
